Topaz Central's CPU Championship League Topaz CPU Tournament 1

Since Smash 4, players have been holding CPU tournaments and putting fighters against each other. But now, a new league is about to begin that brings the fighters of the Smash world together! For this season, it aims to bring in the best and well-known fighters of the world to compete in the league's tournaments to find the top fighter of the world!

The Original 12 and four specially-invited competitors gathered to compete in the tournament, known for their longtime contributions to Smash Bros., their own fighting styles and their notoriety. The 16 fighters invited to compete are:

* Mario and Luigi - Two world-famous plumbers who protect the Mushroom Kingdom from evil threats. Mario is entering in as the fan-favourite to win, but Luigi also enters to prove his worth as a competent fighter and hero.
* Donkey Kong - The leader of the Kong family and the main brute of the field. As king of the jungle, DK accepts the invitation to show his brute strength and grabbing to claim his own way to victory!
* Link - The legendary hero of Hyrule and holder of the Triforce of Courage.
* Samus Aran - An intergalactic bounty hunter that's known for her stern and "tough" personality. She enters the competition after getting information of a "bounty" to collect.
* Yoshi - One of many dinosaurs in the Yoshi species, and this specific Yoshi has some fight for its own and a fellow buddy of Mario. Yoshi enters the tournament alongside the Mario Bros. to join the buddies as a fan-favourite to win.
* Kirby - The pink puffball hero of Planet Popstar who has destroyed gods and held supernova and astronomical powers. Using his ability to copy his opponents, he enters the tournament for... some cake, I guess?
* Fox McCloud - The leader of the Star Fox team and known for his expert sharp-shooting. Fox enters the tournament to make a name of himself, and be better known to the public eye.
* Pikachu and Jigglypuff - The two Pokemon decide to fight by themselves with permission from their trainers. The two enter to showcase their skills on their own will and to commemorate their contributions to the Smash legacy.
* Ness - A young boy from Onett who possess magical PK powers and saved the world from Giygas, an alien threat connected to other heroes. Ness enters the tournament for his enjoyment and will to become stronger.
* Captain Falcon - A bounty hunter-turned-top champion of the F-Zero Grand Prix. Well-known for his strong, fast, and risky fighting style, he enters the tournament as the "underdog" of the competition.
* Bowser - The leader of his own army, the Koopa Troop, and common threat to the Mushroom Kingdom. Bowser enters the competition to reign terror to the tournament and bring fear to the league.
* Marth - The prince of Altea and a legendary swordsman, known for wielding the Falchion and his expert swordplay. Marth enters the competition to help bring aid to his kingdom.
* Mewtwo - A Pokemon with no trainer that is described as a "protector" of Pokemon and humans. It is unknown why it accepted to be part of the competition, but rumours circulate that Mewtwo senses something that could be devilish in the future...
* King Dedede - The self-proclaimed king of Planet Popstar and regular flip-flopper when it comes to heroism and villainy, but his greed implores him to compete in the tournament to become the true king of the league!

16 fighters, 4 rounds, but only one winner! Who will be the winner of the inaugural tournament of Topaz Central's CPU League!?!? We're about to find out...
