--Rules--
Double Elimination, Best of 3s, Top 3 is Best of 5 (Winners Finals, Losers Finals, Grand Finals)
3 Stocks, 7 Minutes, Items OFF, Stage Hazards OFF, Team Attack ON
Starting Stage is determined first by a round of rock, paper, scissors. The winner bans one stage, followed by the loser banning two stages. The winner then decides the stage from the two remaining starters. (P1-P2-P2-P1) Any stage can be played on as long as both players agree to it. The winner of the first match bans two stages, and the loser chooses from the remaining stages. Winners cannot counterpick to any stage they've already won on during the set.

None! Venue and bracket are free. There is no prize pot this time around.
