*Tournaments can last up to 5 hours

-Reproductions of official Beyblade parts, provided they are accurate to the originals from tailor.blade and BenchBlade, are permitted. Please present your reproduction parts to the event organizer to have them examined before the start of the event.

* If you don’t have the necessary tops to play in this format, please contact the host. They may be able to provide pre-assembled combos and launching equipment for you to use. Any borrowed equipment must remain at the stadium so that other players who need it can also access it. The host of this event does not sell or lend out any equipment other wise. Please refrain from asking.

** By attending any Shin Battling Tops League events, you agree as either a organizer, participant, or spectator to potentially be photographed or included by video shot by staff members, organizers, or other participants/spectators.

If you would prefer to not be included in any photographs or videos, please notify the photographer/videographer and they can make an effort to minimize your appearance in them as much as possible. However, guarantees of complete exclusion cannot be made given the nature of shooting photos and video at our events (you may still appear in the background depending on the circumstances, for example). We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

If you are attending an event and plan on taking photographs or video, please ensure you do so respectfully. If you are asked to refrain from photographing or filming someone, please make every effort to comply.

Event Liability Waiver – Battling Tops Event

By attending and participating in this event, you agree to release the event organizer from all liability related to any injuries that may occur during the Battling Tops activities. You agree to hold the event organizer harmless from any and all liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether such injuries result from negligence.

You acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with participating in Battling Tops. These risks include, but are not limited to, eye injuries, lacerations, puncture wounds, choking hazards, and tripping or falling. You affirm that you are participating voluntarily and that all associated risks have been clearly communicated to you. Additionally, you confirm that you do not have any medical or physical conditions that would increase the likelihood of injury during this event.

By participating in this event, you agree to forfeit any right to bring legal action against the event organizer for any reason. In exchange, you will be granted the opportunity to participate in this event.

You also agree to follow all safety instructions provided in writing or explained verbally, and you will seek clarification if any part of the safety guidance is unclear.
