CPU Revival: The Doc Returns

Once again, the doc rises to cast a shadow on the tournament of power. New heroes will be born, new villains will emerge.

Tournament structure is as follows:

32 of the initial 64 characters fight in the first tournament.,
The rest of the characters fight in the next tournament.,
The bottom 16 from each of the first two tournaments fight.,
A seeded tournament: The bottom 16 fighters from the third tournament against 16 new 'wildcard' character. Each of the bottom 16 is matched against a wildcard. Lose to the wildcard, and you're out for season 2, and the wildcard is in.,

Then, a top 16 - all semi-finalists from each of the above tournaments.

At the end of that, we have a new group of 64 fighters for season 2 - likely with a handful of replacements based on the first round of matches in the fourth tournament.
